To graduate from Reed, all undergraduates must pass a written qualifying exam in their major, then write and defend a year-long senior thesis.
Since Reed opened in 1908, physical copies of past theses are stored in the thesis tower.
Digital copies are now available online at the Electronic Thesis Archive.
